Drone in Computer Science to the MILA Island

Help me give my students experiences that directly relate to our course of study. As we learn about nanotechnology, applied chemistry, and computer science my scholars will be able to apply their learning with these products!

My Students

My scholars are in the prime of their development in their middle school years. My class touches 6th, 7th, and 8th grade students. Our school is a STEM (science, technology, engineering, math) focused so all scholars get a chance to experience the different types of technology out there.

Our students come from a very diverse environment which means one of my scholars could have both parents at home with masters degrees while another scholar may not eat again until the next time they return to school.

They are equally beautiful souls and deserving of an equal opportunity to choose their future plans.

My Project

The products requested will help my students fully learn the different courses that are taught. The classes covered are automation and robotics, science of technology, and medical detectives. In our automation class we learn the beauty of computer coding. For that reason, we are requesting a class drone to learn advanced methods of coding as they are used today.

What better way to learn then to have your lesson in your hands?

Our science of technology class is all about applied sciences, and in one of our units we learn about nanotechnology. Some of the items requested displays the many uses of nanotechnology and how it is enhancing our lives everyday.
