Help me give my students a dynamic, hybrid Career Center at a Title I high school so students can develop real-world professional skills! Items include photography and podcast equipment for hybrid lessons and photography supplies for headshots.

My Project

After a decade of being a Career Development Coordinator, I am thrilled to be starting from scratch at a new Title I high school to build a brand-new Career Center. My goal is to equip students with the essential skills they need to transition successfully into the workforce or higher education.

In this center, I will guide students through career cluster exploration, soft skills development, interview preparation, resume reviews, and guest speaker sessions.

We will also feature a professional clothing rack to ensure students are dressed for success, and we will even shoot professional headshots.

In this request, I am asking for essential items to teach students real-world skills in a hybrid setting. Green screens will be used for headshots, and podcasting equipment will be used to drive hybrid lessons, guest interviews, and digital communication workshops. Additionally, flexible furniture will be provided to create a collaborative, professional office environment where students can participate in virtual career fairs, mock interviews, and training sessions. Your support will give our students the modern tools and inviting space they need to confidently step into their future careers.
