Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

When the pandemic started, all clothing and soft materials had to be put away. Unfortunately all of our dramatic play clothes were ruined after being stored away for a long time and the students in all the classes need new dress up clothing so they can have a great time in their dramatic play areas.

The doctor center will also allow students to have a new experience in Creative Play where they can pretend they are a doctor or patient.

Students can also pretend to be a veterinarian which would be something new for the students to try. The goal of this project is to replenish our 12 Pre-K classrooms with new dramatic play clothing so the students can use their creativity and imagination. Thank you so much for you help with this project!

This project is helping build communication skills, helping with social emotional skills and it also involves literacy and math.
