My Project

"It takes a big heart to shape young minds." I remember seeing this quote for the first time and understanding exactly what it meant. I knew that teaching was where my heart was and all I wanted was to give the students the best possible chance to be successful.

Many of my students are having their first school experience when they come into my classroom!

These materials will allow my students to learn through play. Learning through play has been shown to help improve students' learning experience! Many of my students are experiencing school for the first time in my classroom and are very curious about their surroundings. They sometimes do not understand how to play appropriately or know how to share with their peers and need to be given the opportunities to learn these skills; which these materials will provide!

By donating to our project, you will be improving my student's ability to engage in activities, have fun while learning and build relationships with their peers! These materials will allow the children to express themselves through dramatic play in ways they haven’t been able to before.
