Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My wonderful students have been learning about holidays around the world and our final destination is to China to celebrate the Lunar New Year. My project includes a few books and materials for crafts.
Students will be able to travel via videos to observe the actual New Year's celebrations as they are happening.
The materials in this project will allow my students to try fortune cookies and read fortunes, march in a parade, and have red envelopes to put good wishes in to share with families and friends and make adorable crafts.
