This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

My English Language Learners love to doodle, and research supports that doodling can help with concentration, memorization, and stress relief. Since school can be stressful for English Language Learners as they learn math in a new language, doodling can offer my students a way to relieve stress.

Please help me give my ENL Math students LCD Doodle Pads to have the opportunity to experience the health and learning benefits of doodling while learning math in English.

In addition to doodling, my students will have the choice of using their doodle pads to show their work for their math problems, which will make learning more exciting and engaging. Thank you for supporting my hard working English Language Learners!
