Don't Erase Student Voice

Help me give my students dry erase paint, timers, pencils, and pens to start our year off right.

My Project

At our school, we actively encourage students to use their voices. Whether through visual art, music, writing, poetry, dance, or other forms of self-expression, our students are learning that what they have to "say" matters. One way to combat learning loss is for our students to be involved in projects that they are passionate about.

Giving students a say in how they demonstrate their learning helps to build relevance and meaning for students.

The requested items will be used to support our students as they explore projects they are passionate about. The dry erase paint will be used to paint our classroom tables. Students can jot down ideas as soon as they think them to better the chance they are remembered. Students can also interact with one another through messages on the tables. The pencils, pens, and timers will be used by students to help them manage their time, resources, and brilliant ideas.
