Help me give my students a safe and friendly environment. Supplies are very limited at my campus. Majority of my students arrive late and don't get to eat breakfast which is the most important meal day.

My Project

Most of my student come from single-parent home. They face a lot of hardship when the leave the campus. I couldn't imagine being in their shoes. I provide a safe and judgement free zone. Even though I teach 4th grade math, I also teach how to handle stress, how failure is a part of life and giving up is not an option. Sometime its hard for them to separate what they go through at home from school. When we come to class we try to let go of all negativity so we can learn and be the best version of ourselves. I am proud of how resilient my students can be. They inspire me as well.
