My Project

I want to give my students the opportunity to enjoy other games. One of the ways this can happen is by learning eye-hand coordination. I understand that foundation plays an important part of the learning process. Also, I want to have the learn it, but in a different way with equipment that is fun and exciting.

One way the scarves will help is to have them work on tracking a moving object.

This will help me better transition to other activities, like volleyball. By playing with the scarves, their eye-hand coordination gets work on without it having to be said but while they are having fun. In addition to that eye-hand coordination, this will help with tracking while moving.

Next, we will be using the noodles. This can be used for modifying different games. One game will be hockey. Now with a noodle and foam ball, they can play without the fear of getting hit and focus on technique and fun.
