This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Students

I have the pleasure of teaching across the grades all students, including students with special needs who are struggling with their reading and math comprehension. My students are eager to learn, but perhaps need a different way to learn. I try to make our lessons stress-free, but when a child knows they are having difficulty learning, it sometimes proves to be impossible.

This is where learning while laughing would be beneficial.

We need to bring back laughter to our schools! Children need to understand that it is possible to giggle and learn.

My Project

What an amazing gift to receive. I would love to give each child their own book. This book is such an amazing book. Not only is is an amazing read, it actually will teach grammar. In the comic section, the class will be able to be the teacher and correct the grammar! How exciting, when the students can be the teacher.

Dog Man will also teach my students about bullies, we must continue to address their Social Emotional Learning too.

Rubik’s cubes are also a great way to enhances dexterity and problem solving skills. And will be used as rewards as well as snowy indoor days.

Imagine the look on their faces, when they realize everyone is going to have their very own book to read and keep.They are going to be excited to read and act like a teacher too.
