Ever sit in the back of a classroom and not see what is going on? Maybe you were too afraid to speak up? This problem was solved with overheads. Sadly, overheads are fuzzy, hard to see, limited to transparencies, and are big which blocks the view of many students. It's hard to show things to student

My students are a very creative and bright group.

I wake up everyday excited to see my kids, share their learning, and growing experience with them. Our school is a wonderful growing community where our goal is to help everyone and do what's right because it is the right thing to do. My students are growing and molding themselves into successful and model adults. They have great potential and am I proud that they are in charge of the future.

My Project

A document camera hooks up to a projector. It allows anything placed under it to be viewed through the projector. The view screen of a projector is so large every student in the class (even those in the back) can see. It is not restricting to certain materials that can only be viewed. Anything can be paced under the camera and be shown to the class. This can be a science experiment, books, problems, documents, and much more!

This is a very important tool that can help in the classroom.

I borrowed one last year and realized that it changes my teaching. I become more effective and helpful. With this as a tool in the classroom students are able to view everything at all times. It changes the classroom teaching tremendously for the better.
