My Project

My students are special and deserve the resources that I can obtain for them. As a community, we are continuing to push Social Emotional Learning and one way to do that is for students to explore their interests. A lesson I plan to conduct is creating their own board games.

The items purchased such as colorful masking tape, card stock paper, and POSCA markers will help simulate real life board games.

Students will use recycled material to create game pieces, and mixed media to create the boards themselves. By creating their own board games, students are able to explore themes, systems, and the world of STEAM.
