In our low-income school district, my students are faced with several challenges both in and out of the classroom. To assist with the many challenges they face, I am looking to keep things simple and provide my students with creative and meaningful learning experiences.
Many of my students are being raised in single-parent households and receive free lunch based on their socioeconomic status.
These things may prevent them from getting ahead early in life and may not provide them with the life experiences many of us see as typical.
From the minute they walk in the door of my classroom, I focus on my students' potential and growth while they are with me. I may not be able to control their home lives; however, I can certainly control their experiences during the school day. By doing this in a creative and positive way, I am hoping to inspire even our earliest learners to continue on a path of academic excellence.
My Project
The printer will provide visual learning, so students can see my visuals and follow along while I am teaching. My student needs to see the valuable techniques; the printer helps the visual presentation. I can print examples and project them to keep students engaged. The printer will improve student learning, understanding, and visual techniques.
The printer will provide all the visual back up I need.
The printer combined with my document reader will increase understanding and distance learning. I want to be the best teacher I can be, the printer will assist students distance learning with visual representation, which is critical to any visual arts class. Printable visuals make sure my students get every avenue of understanding they need online.
