My Project

North Carolina is implementing a new science standard this year, that has some new focuses. One of these new focuses is the organization of living things (cells, tissues, organs, organ systems, and organism). The frog dissection project will help to bring this experience to "life" in a safe, engaging manner to increase student comprehension. To safely and effectively implement this we will also need the dissection scissors and dissection trays.

Also, we focus in on how living things impact each other and how the addition/removal of factors affect all parts of the area.

The dissection of owl pellets allows a hands-on glimpse into this interaction.
