This project is part of the Black History Month celebration because it supports a Black teacher or a school where the majority of the students are Black.
My Students
Sometimes you will never know the value of a moment until it becomes a memory. ~Dr. Seuss
These fun-loving, inquisitive kindergartners want to know everything and do everything.
Their confidence and desire to explore, along with their eagerness to learn and try new things is so refreshing! Because of this, I strive every day to provide my students with experiences that will help them grow academically, physically, and emotionally. I want them to see learning as a tool that will take them on a variety of adventures!
My Project
I am currently teaching virtually from school. Everything is working out great with learning. I have learned to adjust when necessary and make use of what I have. In January, I will begin working from home. Although I have a document camera that I use at school on my classroom computer, I have not been able to get it to work on my personal computer that I am using at home because it isn't compatible. The Hue document camera will allow me to display the work we are doing, as well as use it for other classroom projects. It will allow my students to see the appropriate way to write sentences and make letters and numbers as I do it. The swivel stand can be used to hold one of the computers on my desk and the adjustable lecture stand will allow me to switch from my desk to the lecture stand so that my students will be able to see what I am writing on the board that is located in front of my desk.
