Help me give my students tablets to access personalized eReaders and cases to protect each tablet from accidents!

My students are constantly faced with challenges most people couldn't imagine. Despite the constant struggle, these students come to school every day, ready to learn. I am looking to keep their love of learning alive and bright.
The students are in 2nd grade and love to learn about everything.
Their curiosity is strong, and I aim to keep it that way. All students receive free lunch based on their living situations, and most students live in a single-parent household. I focus on the positives in their lives during the school day, especially since most students don't have much positive in their lives.
I cannot control what happens beyond the school day, but I know I can help keep their spirits alive and engage them in hands-on learning.
I am requesting tablets for my students to use in the classroom. They all have accounts for an app called Kids A-Z, which contains eBooks tailored to their own reading level. Technology is exciting for kids to use and gives them the instant gratifications that teachers cannot always provide to them.
Using these tablets will mean that each student becomes more technologically competent while also increasing their reading levels.
Due to the area that I teach in, not all students are able to own their own technology. This is becoming a huge challenge in the teaching world because many curriculums are including online resources and interventions for students. However, not having the accessible technology means that my students cannot take advantage of these resources. Having these tablets will mean that I can guarantee that each student becomes familiar with technology, including typing, and that they are able to access resources to aid in intervention, research, and gives them the ability to produce their understanding in a meaningful way for them.
And, of course, the tablets need to be protected from accidents! The cases will provide the tablets a worry-free home while being used.
