This project is part of the Black History Month celebration because it supports a Black teacher or a school where the majority of the students are Black.
My Students
I am an art teacher to a group of sweet, entertaining, and creative K-5 students. Most of these students come from low-income communities and face challenges both in and out of the classroom.
Despite their challenges, my students are eager to create art and learn new things.
I love teaching art and I want to give them new experiences as well as new exposures that help enhance their learning.
My Project
I am requesting a Teachers Pay Teachers card which will give me access to hundreds of resources that I could use virtually and in-person with my students. Half my students will be relying on technology and I would like to provide those students with digitized activities and worksheets that are engaging and appropriate for their individualized special needs.
Teachers Pay Teachers is a great tool to find exciting new ways to teach students, which would benefit both students and help other teachers.
Teachers Pay Teachers both benefits my students and helps teachers throughout the world. This project contributes to teachers helping students and teachers helping teachers. There are so many resources that I know would be useful for my students during the school year and in the future.
