My Students

More than 50% of my students are from below poverty homes. Many of them are still learning to speak English. Many of my students are immigrants that have come here to avoid war in their own country. I have a unique classroom, the students blend in together, helping each other, throughout the class time.

I cannot explain how enthusiastic they are to learn about everything.

My students and I would be very grateful for your donations to our classroom.

My Project

Just the basic pencils and dry erase markers are very costly, yet they are essential in my classroom. These materials are for everyday use in my class. My students cannot afford to buy the flexible dry erase boards and markers. These tools help them to think out of the box and draw the cells, and antibodies we learn about in class. I like to teach in different ways so I can try and reach every student's needs.

These tools can help me teach the differentiated students in my classroom.

I wish I could buy them all myself but it is impossible to keep up. Just the basic pencils and dry erase markers are very costly, yet they are essential in my classroom.
