Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

My students have been working diligently this year to overcome learning barriers. In preparation for the several county exams and ultimately the Georgia Milestones, they have been keeping up with the challenges that I have been giving them in class.

Giving my students well-deserved healthy treats will be one method of affirming their hard work and dedication to the learning process.

The treats may also serve as a motivator for some of the students to persevere, despite the challenges they may face. There are social, economic, cultural, and academic barriers. But together we will overcome.
