My Project
Developmentally appropriate practices promote each child's optimal development and learning through a strengths-based, play-based approach to joyful and engaged learning. By providing these materials to my Kindergarten students they will have the opportunity to develop a range of skills, such as oral language, math, literacy, and social-emotional learning.
Play is an essential learning strategy for all children and these materials will promote a joyful and engaging learning experience.
With these materials (ramps and ball exploration, play people, Magna Tiles, and Snap-Dinos) my goal is to create a classroom environment that encourages child-initiated learning activities where meaningful interactions take place.
