Help me give my students the best experience Sport Education Model. The model involves student roles with responsibilities like coaching, refereeing, announcing and cameraman. The iPads and microphones would be used by students to "produce" a tv broadcast.

My Project
I will be implementing a Sport Education in my Physical Education next year. The model involves student roles with responsibilities like coaching, keeping stats, managing equipment, and refereeing, alongside playing the sport. I will include announcers and camera people in my class. This model shifts the focus from teacher-led instruction to student-centered learning and leadership. I will be able to focus on establishing strong routines and managing the class, facilitating student learning more effectively.
This model has several goals and student outcomes, including but not limited to;
-Allows students to be a part of a team (makes team membership more likely as adults)
-Captains get to develop leadership skills and experience the role of being a coach.
-Inclusive learning environment (everyone participates, not just highly skilled)
-More student-centered, utilizes different “voices” besides the teacher.
-Better avenue for monitoring and promoting personal growth among all players.
-It provides students multiple opportunities to exhibit their knowledge and learning of the activity in several different roles.
Having the iPad and microphones to include announcers and cameramen, along with other roles, will bring a STEAM perspective to the class that will enhance their educational experience.
