Celebrate Black Teachers and Students

This project is part of the Black History Month celebration because it supports a Black teacher or a school where the majority of the students are Black.

My Project

They say that the first impression sets a wonderful tone. This is the first time in their lives they will be in the fourth grade. I want all my students to feel welcome in my class. I want them to start their year with a bright smile by showing my appreciation for all of them by giving them a small token.

This welcome kit comes with a bag that I know some may use as a book bag throughout the year; it will also have essential books, pencils, and highlighters.

I will also have slime, which is a must for 4th grade world.

I want their year to start amazing! showing them that they are dear to me and that their happiness is paramount to having a great fourth grade life.
