it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
There have been many many instances where I needed to be able to print materials for my Biology classes,and was unable due to budget constraints. Since we no longer rely on text books, the demands of our curriculum for printing is constant. There have been innumerable instances were a lesson could have gone from fair to excellent if we had printer available in our classroom.
My ability to deliver effective lessons has been seriously impacted by not having access to a printer, ink and paper.
It would certainly be used regularly and to great effect.
My students come largely from economically disadvantaged backgrounds and nevertheless show up ready to work hard in my Biology class. They deserve the consideration of your philanthropic generosity if anyone does! They really are lovely kids.
