In this area of my classroom, students can take about 5 minutes to readjust and refocus their minds when anxiety or angry emotions prevent them from learning. The jellyfish lamp has allowed students to take 5 minutes to help reset their minds in order to successfully return to their learning. I have even found myself staring at it for 1-2 minutes to allow me to reset!
