Defining Moments: a Dictionary Project for My Kids

My Project

My classroom dictionaries are old, outdated, and lacking modern word definitions. I want them to have a classroom set that fulfills all of their needs. A skill I'm focusing on is dictionary skills. During our afternoon interventions, every student has a dictionary skill assignment to complete. The main problem is that there are several different dictionaries being used. One group has the word defined in their dictionaries but another group doesn't have the word in their's. I want what's best for my students. This project would mean so much tome and my sweet students!!
