Decorate In Healthy Habits

Help me give my students the knowledge of healthy habits and nutrition. In my PE classes I am not only focusing on moving 60 minutes a day -we are including the importance nutrition!

My Project

Healthy Habits! My school students have really got into being active, knowing they need to move 60 minutes a day since returning to in person! That is just half the battle! COVID taught us our Health should be number one. Nutrition and healthy habits are so important! Healthy nutrition in students improves their sleep, emotion regulation, overall health as well as academic success. We need motivation for students see the importance of nutrition and staying active outside of school! I would like to decorate the cafeteria and gym with knowledge!
