My Students
I have the best job of being a child's first teacher in elementary school and teaching kindergarten! My students love learning and are eager to come to school each day. They especially love when I can make their learning fun and engaging.
My kindergarten students love when I have extra supplies and learning tools that make our lessons just a little more fun and engaging.
It makes them excited to practice important skills and concepts and it enhances their learning.
My Project
Even with the COVID-19 pandemic still negatively impacting education, my students are working harder than ever to master foundational reading skills. They are excited to practice their developing skills and enjoy reading books independently and with their classmates.
They need more access to engaging books that connect to their phonics knowledge as well as help them with their understanding of the concepts of print.
They feel so successful when they are able to read a book and show off their skills!
These books are just what my classroom needs to help students engage in decoding practice while enjoying stories that are colorful and fun.
