In kindergarten, students struggle with cutting. It is a difficult new skill for them. These new scissors will aide them with learning how to cut because they have a special trainer switch that can be turned on or off as needed. I only have a few of these scissors, but would love to have a class set! I also love having fun things to help students learn to track their print while reading. The eyeball puppets will be a fun way for students to touch their words while reading books. The letter blocks will also be an engaging way for students to practice building words. The Magna blocks will be a great addition to our math manipulative collection. Kindergarten students learn that small shapes can be put together to make larger shapes.
