This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Students

We are a creative classroom family of 34 amazing scholars who learn in a variety of ways.

My students are have a growth mindset and enjoy challenges; they are the best students in the world.

With our growth mindset, we can do anything! We value educational experiences, projects, and activities and appreciate every new supply and tool. My students enjoy projects and have a thirst for knowledge. My students rock, and seeing their academic goals and dreams come to life is wonderful. They inspire me every day.

My Project

There are many careers and opportunities in technology. Teaching my students to code with Dash Robots will allow them to experience the joy of coding in new ways. Programming these robots to complete coding challenges promotes the engineering process, tenacity, and perseverance.

My scholars will enjoy the power of problem solving, computational thinking, and fundamental programming skills with Dash Robot projects.

Programming robots using the challenge card deck will allow students to think in different ways as they connect with iPads to code mission objectives and challenges for their robot to carryout. My students love technology, and when it is connected to STEM and grade level standards they enjoy thinking creatively and strategically with technology.
