This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
My students love Dan Santat stories. His illustrations are imaginative and grab the attention of everyone who comes through the library. His engaging pictures help children enjoy the fun stories with good messages that accompany them.
As a librarian my number one goal is encouraging the love of reading in my student's hearts and with these Dan Santat books, I will be closer to my goal!
Our collection is getting older and I am looking to add new titles students will constantly be enjoying. This illustrator is wonderful and his works will be enjoyed by all.
