Help me give my students some basic school supplies, dry erase broad sets, markers, erasers, glue sticks, and highlighters, they need for their daily use in classroom and at home.

My Students

The students at my school are diverse learners in many ways, and they attend a Title I school in the inner-city, where free and reduced-price lunch and breakfast are offered to a majority of the students.

My students are English learners, including newcomers, struggling learners, and students with ADHD, Dyslexia, and learning difficulties.

These young scholars live in a high-poverty area and come from disadvantaged circumstances, but they do not let that stand in their way. My students work hard and they love learning new things every day in school, and they are fascinated by interactive learning that sparks their creativity and imagination.

My Project

I'm requesting basic learning supplies, dry erase whiteboards, markers, erasers, and highlighters for my students.

Our district and school provide limited school supplies that don't include any whiteboards, markers, and highlighters to students, so these supplies are essential for the scholars to learn and promote equity everyday in class and at home.

With these basic supplies, the scholars are able to use them for participating the class activities by showing their thinking, calculation, and answers on the whiteboards. In addition, highlighters are necessary to highlight the focused points on the text to learn different literacy skills.

This project will directly impact historically underfunded classrooms.
