My Students
My students are inspiring, loving, hilarious, and so hard working. They are the best kids in the entire world. Nearly all of my students come from low-income households and overcome tremendous challenges every day. Their school is a consistent place for them to eat meals, wash their clothes, receive counseling services, and be heard and loved by their teachers. Even though our families are overcoming challenges of their own, scholars come to school every day ready to tackle challenges with incredible enthusiasm and a growth mindset. They constantly seek improved solutions and are always asking how they can make themselves and their community better.
My scholars deserve a classroom that sparks innovation, inspiration, and creativity.

My Project
My students love math! Everyday my students come into class ready to learn something new and exciting. They love using new tools, finding new strategies, and exploring the wonders that are revealed everyday in math. This Daily Math Fluency kit would allow my students to become better mathematicians and allow me be to be a better math teacher!
With the plans and materials for number strings for the entire school year, the Daily Fluency Math kit and materials would allow students the opportunity to be exposed to a variety of different skills and strategies for all of third grade.
