Celebrate Black Teachers and Students

This project is part of the Black History Month celebration because it supports a Black teacher or a school where the majority of the students are Black.

My Project

This project will enable my students to have access to age-appropriate scissors and glue sticks for their very first day of class. Many of my students families do not have the resources to purchase quality supplies for their students; with your support of this project, my students will be able to use scissors that are big enough for them and glue sticks that actually work.

Quality glue and scissors are an overlooked necessity of the today's classrooms.

We can request these items from our office, but the glue is expired and smelly and the scissors are either too small for my students' hands or they aren't sharp enough to cut playdough. You can help give my class quality supplies.
