My Project

Our classroom is home to the most creative and imaginative group of second graders! They work hard and always try their best. Over the course of the school year they have grown so much as learners and creators. Our classroom needs a place where students can access their own individualized work and toolboxes!

Our classroom needs custom cubbies.

These cubbies would be a place for students to store their individualized work and materials. My classroom has students who need extra support, like graphic organizers, manipulatives, and 100s charts. My classroom also has students who need more challenging work like extension activities, independent projects, and advanced work. These cubbies would allow me to give each student the materials and work that they need based on where they are at in their learning. This would give students the ability to manage their materials and access them as they think they need, helping to also build their independence and agency.
