This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
My vibrant second and third-grade scholars in our Title I community are enthusiastic learners, despite challenges they may face. I am committed to introducing them to the joy of music through their first experience with musical instruments.
Music and the arts are crucial for well-rounded development, and I strongly believe that our classroom music program will nurture my students' critical and creative thinking skills.
With your support, they will learn to play the flutophone and showcase their talents, enhancing their collaboration and presentation abilities while boosting their confidence and sense of belonging.
I want to secure sufficient resources for immediate classroom use and provide my students with an opportunity for home practice and future musical exploration.
Your generosity will leave a lasting legacy and profoundly impact these young learners' educational journey, providing them with invaluable skills and lifelong memories.
