My Project

In our Culinary Arts class we explore Recipe Interpretation, Nutrition, Food Safety and so much more. We plan on using these items for our operational labs.

This class is a great way for the students to explore new tasks, flavors, and experiences.

The students in this class receive hands-on training and this year, the students sat for the Food Handlers card test. The students who passed this test are now able to add the card to their resume for future employment opportunities. The utensil set, mixing bowls, serving trays, mixer, and aprons will be used to put their skills to the test!
