My Project

At MSI, our mission is to empower students through dynamic, hands-on learning experiences that inspire them to take charge of their future. Our Brooklyn middle schoolers are uniquely creative, resilient, and forward-thinking, always eager to master real-world skills that extend beyond traditional textbooks.

Currently, our culinary arts program lacks basic major appliances, limiting what our students can prepare.

Adding a stove and a refrigerator will completely transform our classroom into an authentic, fully functional kitchen laboratory.

These essential tools will make a profound difference in our students' learning by allowing them to practice proper food safety, master safe temperature controls, learn cold storage management, and execute real-world cooking techniques firsthand. My goals for this project are to foster independence, build team collaboration, and instill lifelong culinary confidence. With your support, these versatile tools will help shape our adaptable young scholars into the confident, self-driven innovators of tomorrow. Thank you for investing in our future chefs!
