I work in a Title I school district, which means that the majority of my students come from poor economic backgrounds. I believe school should be their escape. It should be fun and a place where they learn that anything is possible.
It is my goal to expose my students to the generosity of the world.
I have had smaller projects funded through this site. My students were in awe knowing that complete strangers cared about them and their success. My hope is that they will pay your generosity forward in the future.
My Project
We love to create in our classroom! With so much to accomplish, I need the supplies necessary to help students create engaging projects quickly. I need a circuit vinyl cutter to add cool details to student presentations to help them feel proud of their work. I need a vinyl iron to help me create t-shirts for my students that we will wear for all types of occasions such as field trips or monthly team-building activities. Finally, I need supplemental supplies to help get me started. Acquiring these basic creativity supplies will make a huge difference in my classroom and overall culture.
