My Students

Every morning in my classroom, I start off by greeting each student with a hello! I believe as a teacher it is important to recognize each student by name, giving them a sense of worth in my classroom. I want students to feel valued and cared for!

My students come from many diverse backgrounds.

We have a high population of homeless students. We have a diverse group of scholars who come in at all different levels and abilities. My classroom has twenty-five students in it. The community I work in is a welcoming, warm, and compassionate community.

My Project

In my classroom, I like to base my students' learning off of creativity. We are asking for a binding machine so that we can create books and bind them to help student creativity.

I believe creativity is an important skill to foster in elementary school.

It is important for students to have access to items that enhance creativity and make learning exciting. I am also asking for markers to support student creativity and also to help with our anchor charts in the classroom to make them exciting and appealing to students. By donating to our classroom you are fostering creativity and excitement for learning.
