My Students

We live in a suburb with a nice mixture of students. Our students and teachers are caring, and our school environment is welcoming. We are a Title I school, but you would never know it.

Even with our economic background, our excellent teachers have our students growing academically by leaps and bounds!

Our students and teachers work hard at creating and achieving success. However, we still make room for some friendly competition with our volleyball, basketball, soccer teams as well as our cheer squad.

We feel that creating an environment where students want to be makes for a great place to learn.

My Project

A Cricut machine would allow us as teachers to create an unlimited number of bulletin boards, vinyl stickers, t-shirts and more! The square sit spots will give the PE teacher a safe way to mark where the kids should be during activities, and the new headset will help the kids hear her without raising her voice.

Giving kids a pleasing learning environment provides them with a space where they want to learn!

The Cricut machine would not just be used in the gym but also for music, art, technology and library so that no matter where are kids go, they will have a creative, fun space in which to learn.
