Texas is fighting obesity daily. We have some of the fattest youth in the nation. We are a Title I school which means the meals and activities that our students experience at school are so important to their overall health. We need to make a difference in the food and activity choices that our students make. Our classrooms have shown a great success using "knowledge folders" to keep learned information for review and study. Incorporating this into physical education could change the future health of our students.

About my class
