This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

I currently have STEM bins in my classroom for my students to use a various times throughout the year. They are available for early finishers, Fun Fridays, or student choice time. I am always looking for new STEM bin materials to increase student engagement as well as provide opportunities for students to express their creativity.

New STEM bin materials will give students an opportunity to engage in structured "play" and help to increase their creativity.

They have tired of the current materials we have and would really benefit from a few new ones to rotate in so they can keep on creating the amazing structures and designs they come up with.
