This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

Students on my campus love getting to experience Makerspace activities. One of their favorite things to do is explore artistic mediums and create new things. Unfortunately, most of the time, I am unable to purchase materials that are short lived or will run out quickly. This means students are unable to take projects home once they have been created. My wish is to get products in our library that allow students to create and take with them their finished product.

I will use these items to help students create and be able to have an item they can use outside of library Makerspace.

Thank you for supporting my diverse students who only get to experience these activities through schoolwide programs and funding.
