Celebrate Black Teachers and Students
This project is part of the Black History Month celebration because it supports a Black teacher or a school where the majority of the students are Black.
My Project
My students are very enthusiastic and creative! They love to create art! Most importantly they love when they can share it with their friends, family, school leaders and school board members. Students will have an end of the year art show to display their successes of this school’s year creative process. What a wonderful way to celebrate our students and their accomplishments! With this experience students will learn how to create a finished product. They will also learn how to mount and mat their finished products for showcase . Students will gain knowledge and pride in themselves while learning the importance of art preserving.
