My students have a vivid imagination and love to create things doing free time.
I would like to have art supplies on hand to enhance students creativity by using art within the curriculum.
I would like to use the paper, googly eyes, playdoh, pipe cleaners, markers, and crayons so that students can make items such as creatures/animals to write about. Having their writing come to life using the art supplies will keep the children more engaged in their learning. I would like to use the beads and shoelaces for counting activities, including addition and subtraction problems. Having hands on activities makes learning an exciting experience that the children will always remember. These materials also give students more ownership in their work.
My students would be so grateful to have these supplies on hand so they can actively participate in daily learning assignments.
