We explained how these items will help teenagers in need. The students understood that some students don't have basic needs met, and how we are to be grateful for the things we have and use every day.\r\n\r\nNext month a representative from the Covenant House will come to our meeting to collect the bags and explain more about how our project helps their organization. He is a dynamic speaker and will teach the children how important is to give back to their community.\r\n\r\nThis is such a teachable project for our Ambassadors. I even bought a sim card so that we can record the birds comings and goings and then play it at our convenience.
