I am requesting items that will help my students with various disabilities become more independent in our life skills class, which will prepare them for life after high school. We will learn how to cook simple recipes that the students can do by themselves at home. We will learn how to cook safely using the toaster ovens and emphasize food safety when cooking for others.
I am also looking for items to create my adapted PE class, which will give my students a PE class tailored to them and their needs.
We are creating a safe and fun environment for our students. We will be focusing on increasing strength and flexibility, as well as learning how to be a good team player and learning how to follow the rules of various games like Pickleball and Bocce.
