My Students
Fun, engaging, and interactive describes a typical day in the classroom of my Pre-K students. The students are actively engaged in learning and the learning process.
My students are young scholars who are eager to learn.
They are 4 and 5 year old students that attend school in the inner-city and they come from low socioeconomic backgrounds. Most of the students in my classroom are learning English as a second language, and their first language is Spanish. The students in my classroom have multiple risk factors that place them at risk for educational failure.
My Project
The card stock, laminating sheets, tape, sharpie markers, tabletop easel pad, printer ink and whiteout will be used create materials for virtual learning. I will be able to create learning packs, interactive games, and parent child activities for my students to use at home. This will give me the opportunity to show my students that learning can be just as fun at home as it is in school.
This project will make a difference in my classroom because it will give the students the opportunity to practice and enhance their skills at home.
The students will be able to explore the different materials and create, while they are engaged in learning. My students will be able to work on the concepts of math, science, and increase their language skills.
