My Project

A donation to my Character Strong group can make a meaningful difference in the lives of students at our alternative high school. Many of our students benefit from having a safe, welcoming environment where they can feel valued, supported, and heard without fear of judgment.

Character Strong groups provide students with an opportunity to connect with a trusted adult and peers while participating in hands-on art and craft activities.

These activities create a relaxed setting where students can open up, express their emotions, build confidence, and share experiences that they may not feel comfortable discussing in other settings.

Your donation would help me provide the art supplies, craft materials, snacks, and other resources needed to make these sessions engaging and meaningful. More importantly, these donations show our students that their community believes in them and is willing to invest in their success and well-being.

For some students, something as simple as having the supplies to create a project, enjoy a snack, or take something they made home can communicate a powerful message: You matter. You are valued. Someone cares about you and believes in you.

Through Character Strong, I hope to build relationships, encourage positive choices, develop life skills, and give students a place where they can be themselves. Your support helps me create those moments and reminds our students that they are not defined by their challenges or past experiences—they are capable of growth, success, and a bright future.
