Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My students love learning and growing in kindergarten! They figure out what they like and how to work together in class. They are smart and so interested to learn! They love school and are always teaching me something new. Kindergarten is the foundation of learning. What these students learn in my class will carry with them as they grow older! I love my students as my own and they deserve the best activities to grow their brain. They are my inspiration and reason why I teach.
My Project
As I begin a new school year, I want to create fun learning centers for math and reading. With this project, I can utilize these fun activities in a small group setting to enhance their learning of our standards! As well, every student works differently so having flexible seating options during my small group teaching will allow them to work to their full potential. As an educator, I am always looking at ways to enhance student learning. These center activities help accomplish that goal. Not only are they educational but they are fun too! Everyone likes to have fun learning!
